@Saiva_Siddantam @karthikjana Now, in Uttarakāmika, sakalamūrtis of Śiva (full forms) are divided into Maheśa & Rudra mūrtis. While latter includes Kālasam̐hāra & Gajasam̐hāra, former is said to include those such as Nṛttamūrti. This Nṛttamūrti belongs to the Īśvara/Maheśvara category.
@Saiva_Siddantam @karthikjana In contrast to this, one may understand the Naṭarāja at Tillai to be Śiva in Sadāśiva form. Now, one should understand Paramaśiva to be in three states: Laya/Śānta, Udyukta/Bhoga/Sadāśiva & Adhikāra/Pravṛtta/Īśvara.
@Saiva_Siddantam @karthikjana Now, the 2nd mode of Paramaśiva, Sadāśiva, is mostly worshiped as the Liṅga. But there is also a sakalamūrti for Sadāśiva. The Natarājamūrti at Tillai is a variation of the Sadāśiva/Bhogaśiva’s sakalamūrti.
@Saiva_Siddantam @karthikjana Some basis for this last point may be found in Śrīmat-Makuṭāgama.
