If you have 3-5M Naira, you can move to Austria🇦🇹.
The issue is that you need to do Authentication and Legalization.
-What are you authenticating?
Your WAEC, NECO, BSC certificate, English proficiency letter, and Transcripts (For MSc).

For BSc, go with your WAEC, and NECO (Kindly ask your prospective school for more information, in case they need more from you as a prospective BSc student).
After this, next is the process of legalization at the embassy. Take these documents you authenticated together with

the following: birth certificate (NPC birth certificate if born after 14/12/1992 till date, or NPC attestation of birth (if born before 15/12/1992).
Point to note: Don’t submit so many unnecessary documents, such as the first school leaving certificate, declaration of

state of origin, etc.
-Documents like these are not necessary and will slow down your verification process with the embassy. If possible, contact the embassy to be sure of all you need per stage.
Kindly note: legalization must hold in the country where you obtained

your certificates.
- Once you are through with this, you should have admission by now or you are yet to apply (I will still explain how to get Admission).
But I will advise you do all of these while waiting for portals to open.
This will really save you a lot of time.
