My simple checklist I take before every trade that drastically improved my win rate π§΅:

1.) Liquidity Grab
The first thing I look at before I take a trade is for there to be a liquidity grab
If I have a bullish bias I want sellside liquidity to be grabbed before a reversal
If I have a bearish bias I want buyside liquidity to be grabbed before a reversal

2.) MSS + Displacement
Once we have taken out this liquidity we want a market structure shift with displacement
In this case we are bullish so we want our swing high to be taken out with some strength , not just a weak breakthrough

3.) FVG/OB Creation
This displacement should now create an FVG
This can now be our entry point within this range
Personally I like drawing a zone around the last down candle before we broke the swing high (opposite if bearish)
Now I wait for price to return here

4.) Discount vs Premium
I then draw Fib from the swing low to high
In order for my entry zone to be valid it needs to be below the .5 Fib, this means it is in discount
Anything above is in premium and we donβt want to enter in premium

5.) Risk/Reward
I ideally want a 2 R/R but will take anything minimum above 1 if I have high conviction
I like to target higher timeframe PD arrays, where price wants to head
I will always scale on the way to my final TP
