As Above is Heaven, the Human Brain, As Below is Hell, the Base of the Spine or the Sleeping Kundalini. The Awakened Kundalini travels up Jacob's Ladder, the Spine, goes past the Seven Archangels until it reaches and reunites with the Seat of G-d, or the Crown Chakra.
