Tim Gunn attempted suicide in 1970 when he was 17 and while at a summer school his parents had sent him to in CT. His spook father and CIA library founding mother drove over 5 hours to admit him to a Yale psychiatric hospital. Yale, famously, was home to MKULTRA experiments. ๐งต

Gunn spent two years at Yale New Haven Hospital, leaving in 1972 (right before all MKULTRA files were ordered destroyed by CIA director Richard Helms).

After the hospital, Gunn went on to get a degree in Fine Arts at Corcoran (alma mater of asset and cult leader Jared Leto).
Within a decade, he was teaching at Parsons School of Design, becoming their director of admissions in 1986.

While at Parsons, Gunn helped establish affiliate schools for them in South Korea, the Dominican Republic, and Japan (he also took many trips to Hong Kong, which does have a Parsons school and lines up with the timeline). Regions totally not under the thumb of US intelligence.
