Random trees are planted onto pavements making them useless for walking unless you want to play Metroid IRL, tiles which end up getting broken are replaced at an interval of months.
Roads are almost never cleaned. The asphalt which should be black, turns brown.

One thing that you really notice in India is dust. Everything is dusty. This looks decently planned and executed but it still doesn't look good because everything is covered in a layer of brown dust.
As a matter of fact, these photos are from different Indian cities some 1,000 km far from each other, but you can't tell which one cuz they all literally look the same lmao.
