1. UNCIRF released its annual report 2023, which talked about the religious freedom of minorities in India, by showcasing the anti-India fringe elements as the victim being hounded by the Indian Government. The report further states how Anti-conversion law, CAA & NRC is illegal.
UNCIRF's International Religious Freedom Report claims to provide valuable insights, but let's examine its basis.

3. The USCIRF report seems to be a mere compilation of hateful tweets and motivated columns from biased outlets like the WaPo, Al Jazeera, The Wire, and other anti-India sources. Their conclusions on atrocities in India are based on org like IAMC, Open Door, and FIACONA.
4. IAMC, one of the organizations used as the basis for the USCIRF's report, has been exposed for fabricating data and using paid lobbyists to target India while falsely claiming to help the Muslim community. Similarly, Open Door and FIACONA are Christian evangelist organizations with their own biases.
5. Let's now address the discrepancies in the USCIRF's Victims list. Siddique Kappan, Khurram Parvez, and Stan Swamy are mentioned as the victims, but the truth is entirely different. Anti-Hindu Parvez worked as an operator for Lashkar, while Kappan was involved in money laundering and disturbing communal harmony.
6. Stan Swamy was a key conspirator in the Bhima Koregaon Elgar Parishad case, associated with violence and Maoist activities. It's evident that the USCIRF's report purposefully portrayed these individuals as the victims, hiding the other-side where these culprits were involved in Anti-India activities.
7. FIACONA, Federation of Indian American Christians, releases reports on alleged atrocities against Christians in India. However, their data is riddled with duplication, fabrications, and even outright imagination. In a single report, FIACONA presents three different sets of data on atrocities.
In its 2023 report FIACONA mentioned three different figures of data on number of atrocities towards Christians. In page pages 08: 1198 + hundreds, in page 09 : 1198+ thousands, Page 19: 30 million.
They themselves don't have any idea what they are trying to portray.

8. The USCIRF report heavily relies on FIACONA's data, which itself refers to the EFI and the ICC reports. In which EFI has no reference to prove its point, while ICC reference is EFI itself. USCIRF uses Open door USA as it source which again in turn uses EFI and ICC as its source. It's a circular referencing loop, lacking proper references and credibility. Even a cursory look at the data shows numerous duplicate entries and cases based on lawful actions by civic authorities.
9. USCIRF's use of organizations like Open Doors, known for their Christian evangelical agenda, further raises concerns about bias. The report's credibility is compromised, and the inclusion of individuals associated with Islamist groups like ISNA questions its impartiality
10. People involved with USCIRF
In August 2022, USCIRF hired Mohamed Magid, former head of the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) as Commissioner. He has also served as VP & President of ISNA between 2010-14 and still attends ISNA events.
ISNA has a terror connection. ISNA itself admits it ties with Holy Land Foundation (HLF) which was banned by US Gov for its ties with Hamas

11. Concerning with the human right of minorities in India USCIRF forgot it's own double standard. They don't talk about the discrimination and crime faced by Afro-Americans and Asian-Americans in their own country. A report by Robert Wood Johnson Foundation shows that: 45% of Afro-Americans & 18% of Asian Americans experienced discrimination Still no mention of the US in their reports. While they don't get tired of showcasing the culprits as the victim in India.
