IGNORANCE AND ILLITERACY isn't embedded in not being acquainted with ALIEN language.
1: In most of our schools, kids are stupefied, humiliated and made to believe they're stupid just of a trifle that they can't speak alien language.

2: Illiteracy doesn't mean not knowing alien language, it means unable to read and write but not knowing how to read and write English (alien language).

3: When a black man errs in an alien language Africans laugh at him, but when a white man who's not even English(Spanish or Chinese ) errs in English Africans don't laugh at him even if he errs in their (Africans) local language.

4: Intelligence is not measured by how fluent a person speaks alien language neither does it make you more intelligent by laughing at those who err in an alien languages. It just makes you able to interprete what others may not know if not translated to them.
