Truth of resignation of Nitish Kumar and Mamta Banerjee from Railway Ministry (Expose)
Leftist media is running a fake story that there were 3 Rail ministers who resigned after train accident
1. LB Shastri
2. Nitish Kumar
3. Mamta Banarjee
Complete expose in this thread

This is true that these ministers resigned from Rail Ministry after a rail accident but they actually used rail accident only as excuse
Actual reasons of resignation were different
Truth is thousands of rail accident happened in India but no Railway Minister ever resigned
- March 1998 : NDA formed govt, AB Vajpayee became PM and Nitish Kumar became Rail Minister
- April 1999 : NDA lost mandate n govt fell, fresh election declared that were planned in Sep 1999
- During March 1998 to July 6 big rail accidents occurred but Nitish Kumar didnt resign
Aug 1999 : A train accident happened at Gaisal (WB).
Since there was election in next month so to take benefit of it Nitish Kumar resigned from Railway Ministry by taking moral responsibility.
There was Bihar election also in Feb 2000 n NK was looking for state politics as CM
So NK just use that resignation to take benefit in election but he cud not get benefit in Bihar election.
In 2000 Bihar election, no party got majority. NK became CM for 7 days n then he had to resign since he cud not prove majority
then he came back in Central govt
he became Agriculture minister then again Rail Minister in March 2001 n remained till May 2004
9 big train accident occurred during his second tenure but he never resigned
So actual reason of his resignation was 1999 central n 2000 Bihar election not moral responsibility
Now truth of Mamta Banerjee resignation
After NK resignation in Aug 1999, Ram Naik remained temporary Rail Min for few months in Sep-Oct 1999 elections happened for 13th Lok sabha n NDA won again n AB Vajpayee became PM 3rd time
This time Mamta Banerjee who was alliance partner
of NDA became Rail Minister in Oct 1999 n remained till march 2001
In 2001 there were state election in West Bengal n that time a Tehelka's exposure of Operation West End tainted the NDA gov
Mamta Banarjee thought if she fights WB election with Congress she cud get more benefit
So she just used Tahelka case n walked out from NDA govt n resigned from Rail Ministry
She fought 2001 WB elections with Congress but lost badly and in 2003 She joined NDA govt again n became coal minister
So claim that she resigned on moral grounds is completely false
Even LB Shastri was Rail Minister from May 1952 - Dec 1956
He resigned in Dec 1956 on moral grounds after a train accident in Tamil Nadu but elections for second lok sabha were already scheduled in Feb 1957 so only 1 month of his tenure was left
So many accidents occured during tenure of LB Shastri 👇
Why he didn't resign earlier ?
Truth is LB Shastri n Nitish Kumar resigned when elections were due in 1 month
and Mamta Banerjee never resigned on train accidents she resigned coz she wanted to leave NDA
No rail minister ever resigned from Rail ministry on moral grounds.
Demand of resignation from Ashwini Vaishnava is completely stupid and only political agenda
This time if one person needed to tackle this tough situation in Railway Ministry is Ashwini Vaishnav
