Also a big challenge to all the ICE cars that Japanese and Korean marks sell around the world (often to countries with no auto industry of their own)

To be a bit provocative, the Commission may have been asleep at the wheel on this issue -- it is far better an identifying clear WTO violations by say the US than actually looking into discriminatory Chinese practices that aren't codified into law (at least that's my sense)
