1. If you choose to parboil your rice, after washing it, drain it completely
2. After frying your tomato mix, add your drained rice to the mix and stir fry for about 5 mins
3. Add little water (should not be above the rice level) and keep adding gradually if needed
4. Cover your pot with foil plus the pot cover.
5. Cook on low heat, steam makes rice soft, and heat makes it burn.
6. Use a good non-stick pot.
To ensure it's golden
Be generous with your red bell pepper and chilli pepper when blending your mix.
