1) Whatโs The Strategy?
The setup I trade is called pullback trading breakouts.
Itโs an effective setup because it allows me to maximize my risk to reward while having a decent win rate.

2) How Does it Work?
For this strategy it involves identifying a stock that has an established trend to either the upside or downside.
After this you wait for a pullback in the opposite direction of the trend to enter the trade for a good risk to reward trade.

3) Why Does It Work?
This setup works because you can maximize your r/r with a low win rate.
I try to aim for a 1:2 r/r minimum on these trades.
To be profitable with this strategy with that r/r you need a 40% win rate but with my stats my win rate is closer to 60%.

4) How To Trade Setup?
To trade this setup there are 3 steps:
1- Identity Stocks Trend
2- ONLY Trade HOD or LOD Pullbacks
3- Entry Must Have Strong Price Action
(Note: Ensure a 1:2 r/r)

5) Identify Stock Trend
In this example we see a stock with a clear support and resistance level.
Whichever way this stock breaks will confirm the trend of this stock and break the range.

6) Pullback Criteria
Here we see the stock broke out of the range and made a new high.
This shows the stock is up trending.
For our entry we want to wait for the stock to pullback into that previous high of fay resistance and show strong price action for an entry now.

7) Enter The Trade
Here we see the pullback and a strong hammer candle being put in.
This tells us buyers are stepping in to keep the stock trending.
We enter into the stock here with:
โ> stop loss below the last pivot low.
โ> profit target at $216 whole psych number.

8) Play Out Trade
As we play out the trade we see the stock made a very nice move to the upside.
This trade had a 2.72 R.
Therefore to make $1,000 we had to risk $377.

In Conclusion,
I trade this strategy daily to make a living trading full time.
