I've made six figures profit with Amazon Online Arbitrage annually since 2021.
Here's an Amazon product analysis 101 guide:
๐Ÿงต
I built a 7 figure Amazon business 2 years ago from scratch and have only grown since.
This was largely due to my product research skills...
Cause we all know products sell like crazy on Amazon, but that is useless to us if we can't find good products at profitable prices.
For product research I only use @SellerAmp and Keepa...
@SellerAmp Each cost $20/mo and I use them to qualify every item.
Each product must meet me velocity and profitability criteria.
@SellerAmp VELOCITY
I need something I can sell at least 20 per month, at a modest $5 profit per unit this means I target $100/mo in profit per item.
@SellerAmp I don't get this formulaic but you can get the idea.
Velocity is determined by BSR (Sales RanK) which I try to keep sub 50,000.
@SellerAmp SellerAmp tells me the BSR and estimated monthly sales, I know whether or not it fits the criteria in just a few seconds.
@SellerAmp COMPETITION
This is crucial.
Keepa tells us about the competition and price action over time
This item would be an automatic pass due to the trend of the competition and price.
@SellerAmp Even if it was profitable there's a good chance the price keeps declining...
I often get asked how many sellers is too much competition, but its all about the trend of the listing.
Lastly...
@SellerAmp PROFITABILITY
Along with a BSR sub 50k and moderate competition trend, I need to make at least a 30% ROI for an initial purchase.
@SellerAmp The profit calculator on our tool SellerAmp tells us the net numbers after all fees, shipping, and product costs are nice and easy.
@SellerAmp The best way to learn is to watch a few videos and get in the game and start looking for products.
Hope this helps!
