1. Embrace rejection, you'll hear "no" way more times than "yes".

31. Delete "ifs" and "maybes" from your vocabulary. Always assume that you already closed the sale.
32. Acknowledge your prospect's concerns. Be emphatic.
33. Your prospect is not your friend. Stay professional.
34. You sell with emotions, not logic. Push their pain points and amplify their desires.
