I would advice all Hindus to invest in land. Good agricultural land or land with water. Why? Because it’s the only real true asset in this world. Here are some thoughts in no particular order: 1. Don’t ever sell land. Find ways to keep it productive. It’s more valuable than $$
2. If you can’t afford to buy land. Buy it as a coop with other like minded Hindus. Do not buy for profit motive. Do not buy thinking that you can flip it or sell at a profit. It is Bhu Devi.
3. Don’t hoard land. Dont keep it idle. Have a water body, plant trees, grow food, build a temple. The land should be useful to others too. Bhu Devi is generous and she gives and gives. She does that so we can share.
4. Think of all the frivolous expenses. Fancy wedding. Expensive car, an apt as status symbol. Nothing is as stable and sturdy as land. In some parts of India, land grab from Hindus happens every day. And has been for centuries. Ask why it would be so if it wasn’t so valuable?
5. You can start a trust or a corporate to pool money to buy. The owners can only sell their shares to others but it can’t be sold to split the property. This is how we form community. Finding like minded people.
6. Don’t think of it as a ‘fixed asset’. Think of land as a responsibility and karmic duty. It’s not just the land, but protecting the water in it too is our karmic duty. The trees and the animals/birds in it.
7. Obviously it’s not possible for everyone. Not everyone has land ownership in their charts. But if you do, know that the land opportunities are not accidents. They are karmic calling.
8. Usually Saturn is built property/construction and Mars is karaka of land. He is Bhoomiputra. Sometimes land can be for extractive purposes..like mining. That’s Saturn.
9. Agricultural land is Taurus. As always, look at House, House Lord and Rasi. Then look at their positions to check strength and dignity. Like 12H is loss, but also far away places. 8H is hidden wealth but also inheritance. You have to break it down and layer it for full picture

11. Some people have karma to land. Others don’t. Land karma is connected to other significations wrt Bhava/Rasi/Graha. It is stewardship. A lot of problems Hindus face in India is because they have abandoned their karmic duty to Bhoomi. I hope everyone understands. 🙏
