Thiel's foundational idea of going from 0β1 fascinates me.
Going from 1βn means doing more of what has already been done.
Going from 0β1 means doing something that has never been done before.

It's easy to copy/incrementally improve something.
But going 0β1 is determined by original thinking.
That's how you build enduring value.
