Going from $30k a month revenue to $150k a month revenue with Amazon FBA...
Here’s my #1 strategy to getting there:
Selling complementary products:
Upsell, downsell, cross-sell.
Sounds complicated, but it’s been a massive part of boosting my revenue.
Upselling: selling a more expensive version of an existing product.
Cross-selling: selling complementary/related versions of an existing product.
Downselling: selling a cheaper version of an existing product.
My first product did very well.
So I made another product in the same niche under the same brand.
Now when customers looked up my first product, they would see my first product AND another complementary product to buy as well.
I took the good reputation I had built with the first product and used it to market my second product (by using the same brand).
Multiple products under the same brand = domination of my entire niche = +++ revenue
Think about Apple.
Do people buy an iPhone and then just stop?
If you have any iPhone, you also want the Apple Watch because of how compatible it is.
Oh and the AirPods because they connect automatically.
Then a MacBook because you can sync with the iPhone.
The list goes on.
Apple doesn’t need to build consumer trust every time.
We trust that their product will be good because of the brand they sell it under.
It’s the same story with Amazon FBA.
Once you have a good product out - use it to your advantage.
You’ve built consumer trust already. The hard work has already been done.
Your next product should be in the same niche, under the same brand, targeted at the same customers.
