Nari Dharma was written by one of the founders of Gita Press, Jaidayal Goyandka
Page 3 of the book with the title 'Independence is Prohibited for Women in Hinduism' explains Why Women are not allowed Independence in Hindu Dharma, which was commanded by Rishis (sages)
He quotes Tulsidas Ramcharitmanas and claims that
"Women are not worthy of freedom due to their inherent nature, which consists of attributes like lust, anger, audacity, lack of intelligence, lying, deceit, harshness, treachery, meanness, agility, impurity, mercilessness, etc."
He quoted Manusmriti 5.145 and mentions
"A woman should not move freely outside and should not do any work independently. A woman should be under the control of her father, husband and sons; she should never be independent."
On pages 16 of the same book, Jaidayal claims that
➑️ Women shouldn't dance or sing in Marriage, during holi, or during festivities.
➑️ Women should not even sit in private with their Father, brother, or son because desire can lead to temptation and overpowers learned.
On Page 24-25, Jaidayal; talks about compulsory Veil (Purdah) for women.
"Purdah Pratha is good for women. Women who never kept the veil and who abandon veil, there is a possibility of moral destruction and corruption in them due to the increase of shamelessness."
On pages 25–27, he mentions Kanya dharma where Jaidayal states

➑️ Girls shouldn't eat biscuits or ice.
➑️ Girls shouldn't drink soda water or lemonade.
➑️ Girls shouldn't consume any Western medicine because it contains Garlic, onion
➑️ He claims that washing dishes and sweeping floor are best exercise for women.
"She should do hard work like washing dishes, sweeping the house, grinding flour, pounding rice, filling water, serving elders, etc. This is the best exercise for girls"
On Page 27 he mentions
"It is appropriate for a girl to obey her Father and brother and after that she should obey the man with whom her father or brother marries. She never disregard her husband chosen for her by her father or brother, even after death."
On Page 28-36 Jaydayal mentions about Dharma/Duties of Married Women
➑️ Women shouldn't do any Pilgrimage, worship, or fast without husband permission.
➑️Those women who do it reduce the lifespan of their husbands.
➑️ Husband is Supreme God for women, so women should worship him.
➑️ The Husband is the Guru for women, so women shouldn't make any other man her guru. Women who make another her guru will suffer in hell.
➑️ A woman shouldn't do anything contrary to her husband's desires. Women who behave contrary to their husbands wishes will suffer in the afterlife.
➑️ Women should serve their husbands, considering him god on earth, even if he is adulterous or destitute of qualities.
➑️ Women who insult their husbands suffer torment in hell.
