Dropship just ONE $6,500 product a day and you can make well over $10,000 a month in profit...
WITHOUT buying inventory up front.
Follow these 5 steps to achieve this:
I know… you’re probably thinking:
“1 product a day?? usually when I see people selling products online, the products are like $30.”
But that’s Ali express dropshipping.
This is High ticket dropshipping. Where we work with brands that sell high quality products (usually $1,000+).
Before I get into the 5 step process...
Here’s what makes it better than ali express dropshipping:
- High Margins with $1,000+ products, this is a given.
- People are searching for what you sell (Google ads).
- You deal with less customers.
- Higher product quality.
- More sustainable and scalable
👉 1. Pick a Niche of Products
We want our store name to be BROAD…
So that we can sell anything we want in the future.
But we want to START selling within a niche.
This can be anything.
Backyard, Home products, Outdoor Living, Fitness… ANYTHING.
You can look on sites like Wayfair, Home Depot etc for ideas.
Pick 3-5 product types in a niche.
These products need to be $1000+.
👉 2. Create Mock Website
This is where we create the website on Shopify.
Whats a “Mock” website?
A mock website is used to put mock products (products we won’t be selling) on….
So that when we reach out to suppliers to add REAL products…
we can showcase what our store looks like with products on it.
After we created a mock website…
Now we’ll research and close REAL suppliers/brands
👉 3. Research, Close & Add Suppliers
Here, we want to research, close and add brands to our site.
But Anthony… how do I find these products? What are the requirements?
Here are the requirements for the brands you want to reach out too:
👉$1000+
👉 Less than 15 stores on Google Shopping selling the brand
👉 MAP(Minimum advertised price) Meaning, the stores selling the brand on Google Shopping should all have the same price
Look on Google Shopping, and try to look at competitor sites for ideas.
Get a list of 25-50 of these brands.
Find these brands websites.
Call or email them.
Ask them to become an online dealer for their products.
Once they say yes, add their products to your Shopify store.
Once we get 2-3 brands on our website…
Take off the mock products.
Now it’s time to run ads to these products
👉 4. Run Google Ads
This is the best part of the business.
You’re running ads to people that are SEARCHING for what you sell.
You don’t have to convince or try to “sell them”.
They’re looking for you.
I don’t want to bore you with the tactics…
but it’s a pretty simple strategy (link to free course in bio)
After we have our ads launched, with 2-3 brands…
It’s time to scale the profitable suppliers.
And outsource customer service.
👉 5. Scale & Outsource Tasks.
This is where it gets fun.
I can remember going from 50k a month to 250k a month within 2 months.
For the suppliers/brands that are profitable…
We:
👉 Launch different types of ads to that brand's products
👉 Increase budget
Once the customer service starts ramping up…
You then want to hire a customer service rep on onlinejobs.ph.
We hire in the Philippines, and it’s typically $5 an hour.
As you can see, this business model is simple.
You just repeat the steps over and over and over again.
And that's what I've done the past 2 years to generate $10M in high ticket dropshipping sales.
