1. Put In Place Consistent Procedures.

This will help you complete all of the required work.
3. Prepare For Chaos.
When life gets busy and chaos starts to happen,
that's when we start to come up with excuses.
Prepare your mind for unpredictability.
Ask your self “If not now then (your response)”
4. Place Reminders.
Throughout Your House, Office, Personal Belongings, And Phone.
The trick to reminding yourself often enough for something to become a habit.
5. Make Commitments Only If You Can Keep Them.
If you want more:
Time
Freedom,
Energy
start saying no.
6. Reward Yourself After You Complete A Task.
Rewarding yourself in simple ways.
For small accomplishments can go a long way in keeping you motivated.
7. Take A Break To Re-energize.
Consistency does not imply that you are always working.
Taking time off will boost your productivity and keep you from burning out.
8. Use Motivational Techniques To Keep Going Even When You Don't Want To.
Try to find fresh sources of inspiration if you're feeling low or lethargic.
9. Hold Yourself Accountable To A Higher Standard.
To be consistent,
you must acknowledge when you don't meet the standards and goals you've set for yourself.
10. Give Yourself Time.
Instead of overwhelming your life with several new practices at once, allow yourself time to figure out what works.
11. Set Boundaries For Your Commitments And Personal Relationships.
Define what you are willing and able to do, as well as what you know you can't realistically do, before taking on new responsibilities or obligations.
