1) I was thinking about the "drowning" of Tafari Campbell on Martha's Vineyard on the 24th of July, supposedly paddleboarding. I know people who paddleboard frequently. I see people paddleboarding often. What I have never seen or heard of is a paddleboarder who didn't use the

2) ankle strap. Would there be any excuse or reason why a paddleboarder wouldn't wear a strap? Are there any paddleboards without straps? If Tafari was wearing a strap and had some trouble, he would have been found easily. This needs explaining.
