UCs have no help, schemes, benefits but SC/ST and even OBCs and minority have many schemes 1/2

@AuthorSumit26 since 1947 independence UCs r at receiving end and rise only by their own merit
State provided huge reservations in politics ( reserved constituency ), education and jobs for SC/ST and later OBC. Also many schemes for minorities ( muslims, sikhs etc )
