Once I find a great product, I identify the top suppliers in the US.

Then I create a demo store with some sample products on Shopify.
Then I reach out to suppliers with a pitch deck and introduce my brand and explain our value prop.
I show them the value I will bring their business, and become an authorized retailer of their products.

I use Google and Bing ads to target people searching for the EXACT brands and products I'm selling.
They've already made up their mind as to what they want, I simply put it infront of them.

At this stage, I outsource all of the day to day work - inventory, customer service, order submissions to my team so I can focus on high leverage activities that will help the business scale.
