The king of productivity.
Tim Ferriss.
Here is his three-step system to boost your productivity & efficiency
(These principles changed my life)
Video Thread
1. Get real with yourself
Cut the fluff.
If you want to maximize your productivity,
Find out why you want this and how you're going to achieve it.
You can do this by...
Answering these 4 questions:
What do you want to have?
What do you need to get rid of?
How much does it cost?
What can you outsource?
Here is a video of Tim explaining this process...
2. Gratitude over greed
I get it,
You want every day to be super productive...
But that's not how life works.
When you have a bad day, turn it into a good one.
How?
Take a moment each day to appreciate what you have.
Tim explains this perfectly...
If you're not happy with what you have,
I promise you won't be happy with what you want.
It's easy to get lost in greed, but always be grateful for the small things.
Now, this is where it gets interesting...
3. Baby steps lead to giant leaps
Tim is a huge advocate of starting small but aiming big.
You won't hit a home run with your first swing,
So start small, and make it simple.
I promise simplicity will create consistency.
Tim Ferriss transformed my productivity.
He made me realize that working 24/7 isn't efficient,
And location autonomy is needed.
I would always recommend reading The 4-Hour Workweek,
It's a game-changer!
To summarize
1. Cut the fluff & make your routine efficient.
2. Practice gratitude, and count your blessings
3. Start small but always aim big
And a big thanks to @tferriss for the amazing advice
@tferriss Thanks for tuning in!
