ChatGPT makes Excel formulas obsolete.
With the Code interpreter of ChatGPT, you can :
→ Analyze data
→ Create graphs
It's like talking in natural language to a spreadsheet.
I'll show you how to do it with ChatGPT and export the result in Excel format:
As an example, I'm going to analyze and create a graph of laptop sales in the US.
Of course, this works with any data.
Let's start the short tutorial ↓
1. Enter the prompt
→ Open a new conversation with the code interpreter
→ Write the prompt available in the tweet below, adapting it to your needs
→ ChatGPT will create a graph best suited to your data (save it as an image if you want)
Prompt (e.g.):
"Here's the evolution and sales figures for laptops in the USA by brand (in percent). Determine the type of chart best suited to visualize these data and create it.
[Paste your data]"
2. Export the result in Excel format
→ Write the prompt below to get a downloadable link
→ ChatGPT will create an Excel file with the data and an editable chart
3. Edit in Excel (optional)
→ Click on the link provided by ChatGPT
→ The Excel file will save and be fully editable
