"You don't rig where you are popular" is a reverse psychology quote reason I said "Politics 101". LP voters turned out enmasse and gave the establishment a bloody nose in 2023 with just ballot papers absent of money & power. LP had zero rigging machinery, both in defending a lot of its votes and rigging where they didn't have votes. They were simply popular and had zero Power.
Don't refer to the rules in 2015 or 2003, conversation is about the dynamics of 2023!

"Ballot rigging is the act of illegally changing the result of an election by producing a false record of the number of votes". Per INEC law, Accredited votes cannot exceed registered votes, so where does a popular party rig results beyond what they have, only if they were "Unpopular" like the APC or PDP in many corners where they had no votes?
Also name one state in Nigeria in 2023 that had a seating LP Governor with a machinery that changed result sheets to produce victory in any of the states?
