As you all read in the first thread that @AltNews was established under its parent company named Pravda Media Foundation, Due to the vaccum created due excessive misinformation and fake news being circulated by the News Selling Organisations, Alt News seized the opportunity and declared itself as an Premier Fact Checking Authority who would fact check every information shared by the News Selling Organisations in the country..
Alt News new business model of being a fact checking organisation became an instant success overnight.
The success of this business model was evidently visible in the First Financial Statement they filed in the year 2018.

Well it is well known fact that financial year is from 1st April - 31st March, but since Pravda Media Foundation came into existence from 10/10/2017 hence their statements would have been from October 2017 - March 2018.
After analysing the statement it can be said Pravda Media Foundation started making profit from the very first month.

The total income of Pravda Media Foundation for 2017-18 was ₹ 36,30,013 and total profit earned was ₹ 23,53,363.
So In Just 6 months Alt News created a perfect business model but but but what was the source of INCOME????

Point no 5 of the same Board Report says that Pravda Media Foundation got Donations of ₹ 35,44,145 and just ₹85868 as other Income.
Now I have a simple question to all the financial experts here ‘ whether donations received from people for a specific purpose of Fact Checking be converted into Income and further shown as Profits in your Audit’???

There are many people who said that these documents are publicly available, yes I totally agree but were these documents carefully analysed by anyone.
