NEW: Trump's lawyers just filed a doozy of an objection to Jack Smith's proposed gag order.
They did not hold back...some real gems here.
As I noted after Smith filed proposed gag order--despite his description of the order as "narrow," it is anything but. If Chutkan grants the order, Trump, his lawyers, and his campaign surrogates would be prohibited from saying much about the case outside of court filings.
