1. Find a location.
As with vending machines, location is key for the success of micromarkets.
The most successful micromarkets Vendingpreneurs have placed are in:
• Luxury apartments
• Luxury hotels
• Offices
Pick 1 of these locations in your area.

2. Contact the location.
Micromarkets are 1 of the newest innovations in vending & amenities.
That means the demand is high.
When you contact the location either via email or phone…
Make sure to frame it properly.
Say this:

• Introduce yourself
• Explain what a micromarket is
• Explain the benefits to their residents
• Follow up with the benefits to their employees
• Give examples of previous micromarkets that are making $5k-$8k every month

3. Get a meeting.
If you repeat the above process enough times, you’ll get interest (Vendingpreneurs have gotten a ton of leads).
When you get the meeting(s), come prepared.
Bring:
• Sample product list
• Quotes of the cost/revenue
• Renderings of what it’d look like

4. Close the deal.
If you follow the steps from above, it’ll be hard for the property to say no.
So when you do get the deal, make sure you close it.
Send the property a contract with shipping timelines/dates etc.
Let them know how soon you’ll have the Micromarket in place.

5. Get the micromarket.
You got your deal (congrats) but now…
You need to fulfill.
So order a Micromarket to be delivered & built at your property.

Cost will be between $4k-$8k.

All you need to do now is stock when empty or pay an operator to do it for you.
