In effect, we have then to campaign for REORGANISATION OF POWER STRUCTURES IN SOUTH ASIA.

That concept gives us a definition of Khalistan that is universally understood and accepted - that State which establishes links between the human and the natural environments by promoting decentralisation of authority and re-tribalisation of human community is Khalistan.
That these ideals are also enshrined in the Sikh tenets is both our privilege and also responsibility.’
