Most brands stop at just selling a product.
But the real goldmine lies in building a brand.
Here are the lessons I've gathered from scaling dropshipping brands to 7 figures:
(This took years to learn, and you get them in 3 minutes)
๐Ÿงต
1. Bundle Your Products
This can be a quick way to boost your store's sales.
And make it stand out.
- Create product bundles.
- Ensure they complement each other.
- Offer discounts on bundles.
Increase your average order value, and give a better shopping experience.
2. Have Downsells
When potential customers hesitate, offer them an alternative.
- Suggest lower-priced options.
- Highlight their value.
- Give compelling reasons to choose them.
Capture sales from customers who might have otherwise abandoned their carts.
3. Consider Subscription Services
If a part of your product is replenishable.
Consider offering it as a monthly subscription.
i.e., if you sell a luxury razor blade.
Offer refills or care packs.
Customers get regular, necessary items - you gain consistent income.
Win-win.
4. Scalable Marketing Strategy
Have a marketing roadmap that scales your brand.
We start with Facebook ads, build out their backend, and then expand to other platforms.

5. Focus on Upselling
Concentrate on upselling by strategically positioning products and subscriptions that make upgrading a no-brainer.
- Highlight upsell options.
- Make them appealing.
- Show their value.
This is another way to boost your AOV.
