Usually, Jews are considered lower on the Dad Index. An oppressed minority. An eternal victim of hate and oppression. But this is only in comparison to non-Jewish whites. In comparison with downtrodden brown Palestinians, Jews are dad. And you gotta hate dad.

Straight, rich white men are always the most Dad. Top of the hierarchy. Poor or gay white men, slightly less so. Then white women, then brown men, brown women, and finally blacks at the bottom. A queer black woman is basically like the queen in progressive chess. Can do no wrong.

It really is this simple. All the rationale you see thrown around to justify a flip-flop, just ignore it and ask "Who is dad?" Who comparatively represents authority, order, hierarchy? That's who the left is going to oppose, every time.

That's how you get activists, who spent the last decade calling your Fox News-watching grandma a n*zi oppressor, who now defend Muslim r*pe and m*rder of Israelis. It's not hypocritical, it's perfectly consistent.

Muslims can be dad too, if they're homophobic or misogynist toward other Muslims. It's tricky if they target white gays though, or if you're dealing with a wild card Kanye type situation. You may need to do some more complex Dad Calculus. But it's usually pretty straightforward.
