It took me 5 years to overcome PROCRASTINATION. But I'll show you how in 2 minutes.
1.) Establish a productive morning schedule
Create the routine of rising at 4AM.
To stay motivated throughout the day, start your day as early as you can.
- Consume 1 litre of water
- Exercise
- Read something inspiring
The morning is the best time to get things organised.
2. Make a plan for the entire day.
Plan each task for 20 minutes each day.
Make these:
- Grab a pen and some paper.
- List the top 3 priorities.
- Also, create plans.
Planning is the key to completing a task.
3. Make a to-do list.
Make a concise, actionable list.
Create a list.
• Shorter
• simpler
• and with a sense of urgency
It will increase your productivity by 2x times.
4.) Start doing deep work.
To get more work done, focus on one task at a time.
Carry out these tasks
- Change the environment
- Turn off notifications
- Completed the task
This will ensure that your task is finished on time.
5.) Stay away from multitasking.
This is the most significant drain on your productivity.
Carry out these tasks
- Concentrate on one task at a time,
- Avoid interfering with other activities
That will benefit you :
- Reduce your workload
- Increase your productivity
6.) Avoid Distractions
Make the environment around you more comfortable.
Make this.
- Turn off your phone
- Move the television away from your room
- Avoid playing video games
This will increase your Productivity 10x per week.
