This is your point of contact.
This is where you'll connect with your audience.
And where you'll show them you understand them.
Next...
2. STRETCH people's beliefs
Once you have that connection and people feel understood...
You tell them a story that stretches their own beliefs.
And that's when they feel hope about themselves and their future.
And to make a sale you need BOTH.
You need the connection to be heard...
And you need to provide them with hope to drive action.
And that's what copywriting is meant to achieve.
No more.
And no less.
Want proof?
Check every sales page you know is converting...
And check how they connect with present beliefs...
And how they then stretch those beliefs.
Everything is in there.
Even the best emails have it.

It's everywhere.
