It is different from Liquidation.

Liquidity is the ability of a currency pair to be bought and sold in the market without majorly impacting its exchange rate.
It is different from Liquidation.
These exchanges are made possible to ensure even distribution of price [someone must sell a currency for a corresponding buy to take place and vice versa].
Liquidity is the fuel for price movement, it is ideal you spot one [of course can't be 100% accurate] else you be one.

We see liquidity in Old- Highs/L
There are majorly two categories of Liquidity;
• External liquidity &
• Internal liquidity.
• External liquidity &
• Internal liquidity.
![Once the External liquidity is taken out, the market targets the Internal liquidity to accumulate orders and continue the move to the next External liquidity.
