The first thing a man will notice is the innate understanding of women who play “strong and powerful” in their facial expressions and bodily movement. The “poker face” is what women innately understand as powerful in the world. They hide their emotions and present a cold stare.
Females who want to portray tough and powerful, will narrow the eyes and show neither happiness or sadness on their faces. This is very common among what is known as “strong black women” The dead eye look that hides feelings, emotions and intent. Women know a “poker face” projects power.
The “poker face” is the one thing thar young boys in our time are encouraged to abandon. While boys are encouraged to be expressive and vulnerable, women are encouraged to practice their “poker face” These women are being groomed in common power behaviorism. The power is gained by looking like you don’t care and that you are hard to read.
If a man is paying attention, he will see female characters portrayed with narrow eyes and males with wide open stares. The narrow eyes signify cunning, control and maturity while the wide eyed look signifies gullibility, immaturity and lack of discipline. The vast majority of female characters will act reserved while the male characters will act unreserved. This is conditioning the audience to normalize this behavior. Young boys will act like the wide eyed and expressive boys on the screen while girls are trained to hide their intent behind a walled face.
