How do Chinese people write Chinese characters?

By the time I was in 8 grade, I remember having learned most of the commonly used Chinese characters because there were no new characters introduced in the textbooks afterward. Then you can write very quickly, not necessarily as well as thisβ, but faster than this.π
When you're in high school, taking notes, you have to write really fast because the teachers speak quickly. My chemistry notes had the most writing.
