You can take the test online or at a test centre. I recommend test centre for smooth test taking.
Choose the country and city for taking your test. And select IELTS Paper or Computer. You will get your result faster with IELTS Computer.
Choose "Show me all dates" to see the available dates based on the city you selected to take your test.
Then click on book. The price will be there. The price should be between $130 - $150
Then make sure you register and book the test by paying. A confirmation email will be sent to you containing your test information.
On the day of the test, you need to take your international passport with you for identification.
