In addition Phillip Murgor was fired on Live TV on 23rd May 2005 after dropping the case against Lord Delamere great grandson,Tom Chomodley who had shot a KWS officer at his ranch.

According to DPP Murgor those granted the role to allow safe passage of the coke in Kenya b4 it went to Europe had failed & we're now in cahoots with top officials to right their wrong
