Now you could call that 'degenerate' but you're missing what it would symbolise to a man (outside of porn) if a woman was willing to do that with him.
It would show him that she will literally do whatever he says and that she's so attracted to him and trusting of him, that she's willing to humiliate herself to prove it... all while smiling and enjoying it.
The kinds of things you get your own wife doing are up to you.
The cupcake thing was just an extreme example to help you get my point that what you're really craving is not the crazy act itself, but what it symbolises.
So however crazy your wife is willing to act right now will tell you how she really feels about you.
She is your mirror.
