• Wait for them to ask you for it, or
• Take it upon yourself to send it in advance
I encourage the latter, otherwise you'll get an email from them 7 months later asking you for it.

The moment the money hits your bank account:
• Do some quick math
• Take out how much you anticipate paying in taxes at the end of the year
• Move that money to a separate account and don’t touch it
