How to make difficult decisions in 7 easy steps:
1. Define The Decision
Write down the fundamentals of the decision you're making:

4. List Out Options
What can you do right now?

Exploring alternatives will give you more perspective.
5. Weigh The Pros & Cons
List out the advantages and disadvantages of each option:

β†’ Negative consequences (cons)
Evaluate each option and which one aligns with your values.
6. Decide & Take Action
Consider the alternatives and pick the one that seems best.
Start taking action and implement the decision.
Don't hesitate or worry about getting it perfect.
Make the best decision with the information you have.
7. Reflect On The Outcome
After the decision is made and implemented, reflect on the outcome:

β†’ What did you learn?
β†’ How will you apply it in the future?
