#LongCovid patients should be tested for:
– cerebral hypoperfusion
– venous oxygen saturation
– endothelial dysfunction
– autonomic dysfunction
– brain hypometabolism
– amyloid microclots
– hyperactive platelets
– mast cell activation markers
– cytokines
– functional GPCR AAbs

– anti-ACE2 AAbs
– sodium ion transporter AAbs
– thromboinflammation
– complement dysregulation
– retinal microcirculatory dysfunction
– vagus nerve dysfunction
– gastroparesis
– 2 day CPET
These tests exists & positively show pathological dysfunction in #LongCovid patients

Currently, completely inadequate tests are being done on #LongCovid patients... Take an MRI scan. A standard MRI generally won't show much in Long Covid patients vs controls, but a specialist MRI (DMI MRI or an Xenon MRI) will do. Long Covid specific tests exist so do them!
