1. What is VWAP β
The Volume weighted Average price shows the average price of the stock, adjusted by the volume! VWAP allows you to trade with low risk - high reward. VWAP is usually a huge intraday pivot and there's a bunch of ways to play it. Here are my Favorite π

2. VWAP Cross Over π
This is when a stock is under VWAP, but then has a 5 min close over VWAP! You want to enter when it either closes VWAP, or when it retests VWAP. I Stop out if it goes back below VWAP, low risk and high reward.

3. Bullish VWAP Bounce π’
This is when a stock is over VWAP and the trend is Bullish. Wait for it to dip, once you see wicks/volume showing that buyers are holding VWAP, enter. Have a stop loss if a 5 min candle closes below VWAP.

3. Bullish VWAP Bounce π’
If a Bullish VWAP Bounce is lined up with or over premarket high then I usually size up a bit as that is my A + Setup. So if you get a Bullish VWAP Bounce Lined up with a key retest level then that is an A+ Play.

4. VWAP FLUSH π΄
VWAP Flush is when the stock is above VWAP, but then sellers step in and start causing the stock to go down. This is a short play, and I like to enter puts once a 5 min closes under VWAP or if it goes under and retests. My SL is a 5 min close over VWAP.

5. VWAP Reject
VWAP Reject is when the trend is bearish and your technicals are indicating to short pops. Wait for stock to bounce to VWAP, and if you see wicks/selling kick in at that area enter. My SL is a 5 min close over VWAP. This is another Low R High Reward setup.

5. VWAP Reject
If you get a bearish VWAP reject under PML or lined up with PML then it is a great setup as the previous support should turn into resistance giving you more validation for the trade.

6. VWAP Rules / Info
VWAP is a great indicator and I use it every single day, but even if you master VWAP price Action and reading every candle will always be key.
While trading VWAP you want to minimize your risk by having a stop if we get a 5 minute close over/under.

6. VWAP Rules / Info
Also you want to wait for confirmation which is always a 5 min candle holding / closing over your side of VWAP.
I NEVER BUY CALLS UNDER VWAP or PUTS OVER VWAP.
VWAP helps me identify the momentum / trend for the day and I always want to be with the trend.
