Do these things to develop mental strength:
- Thread -
1. Your old life is to fall apart before your new life can fall together. So, don’t hesitate to leave the past in the past.
2. Knowing when to leave is important. The job, the party, the relationship etc. Don’t stick with the toxic environment.
3. Fitting in may make you miserable at time. Be your own uncool weird self and whoever still wants to hang around you, keep them close.
4. Stop expecting honesty from people who lie to themselves. It is a really expensive gift; cheap people can’t afford it.
5. It is not your job to fix insecure people; it is your job to fix the part of you that resonated with their insecurities.
6. Stop the victim mindset; stop feeling sorry for yourself. Never allow pain to destroy you. Instead, build strength from the pain.
7. Train your mind to stay calm when things go out of plan. Stop whining about what you can't control.
8. At any minute, there is someone who can come along and change your life. That person is you!
9. When you know what you want, have a plan to achieve it, and do the work consistently, nothing will stop you.
10. Smiling is modern-day magic.
Many opportunities will come from the energy you radiate.
11. The more sacrifices you are willing to make, the more successful you'll become.
12. The sooner you stop lying to yourself the quicker you'll be unstoppable.
If you have control of your mind, your life will transform.
If not, you will:
β€’ Have anxiety
β€’ Overthink everything
β€’ Not achieve your goals
