His movement and instincts are next level but there’s a lot of work to do with other aspects of his game.
One of my biggest development areas for him is, despite being 6’5” he lacks physicality & intensity in duels. Doesn’t anticipate contact well, needs to grow into his height.
Giraffe like legs, they need to fill out.

Šeško’s work rate is insane. He’s a Red Bull player after all. Drops to link-up, runs in behind constantly, presses from the front with real intensity.
Love how although he stays central when in possession he’ll also drift wide when OOP so he can run into space on the counter.

Frequently when through on goal he lacks the composure to take his time; often taking the shot early or smashing the shot right at the keeper.
As he becomes a more refined goal-scorer this’ll be ironed out of his game and he’ll be a monster in front of goal.
