Number 1: Eat a healthy diet.
This is the easiest one to address. Every cell in our body is made out of the things we eat and so our skin will be as well.
So, if you ingest garbage, your skin will be made out of garbage. As simple as that.
Now the proper diet past a certain point is based around the individual’s history and current conditions.
So, the following dietary guides are for a person who struggles with skin issues and they should not be mindlessly applied to any other issue as a jack of all trades.

If you struggle with skin issues, consider the following dietary guidelines:
1. Avoid all industrial polyunsaturated vegetable oils that are made out of things such as safflower, sunflower, soy, corn, canola, cottonseed and in general cheap oils that are widely spread nowadays.
2. Avoid highly processed foods.
This is the best way to avoid toxins such as high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, MSG, food dyes, preservatives and so on.
3. Avoid all grains.
You can replace the calories that you were consuming from them with things such as unheated honey, seasonal organic fruit and some quality potatoes.
If these, result to things such as breakouts or dry skin, then there’s a fair chance that your glucose metabolism is not at a great state so pay attention to that part of the thread that will be presented later.
4. Avoid all canned foods.
5. Avoid A1 dairy
6. Avoid non sprouted seeds and nuts and also raw green vegetables.
If you don’t inactivate phytic acid for example, this can easily result in a zinc deficiency for example which is a common cause of acne.
7. Avoid phytoestrogens
8. Minimize the consumption of alcohol.
9. Avoid the mindless consumption of commonly recommended medications such as antacids and NSAIDs.
So what can i eat then?”
Lots of things.
Pasture raised eggs, quality seafood, potatoes, organic fruit, honey, EVOO, coconut oil, quality meats and in general the foods that will provide skin supportive nutrients such as:
-Glycine
-Vitamin C
-Vitamin E
-Zinc
-Copper
-Vitamin A
-Selenium
-B vitamins
-Vitamin K

Number 2: Stay away from toxic hygiene products
Our skin absorbs anything that we put on it If you take most of the commercially sold skincare products such as a typical moisturizer for example, you will find ingredients such as the following:
-Ethanolamine compounds (cocamide DEA, MEA, TEA and others)
-Parabens (e.g. butylparaben)
-Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives (diazolidinyl urea, imidazolidinyl urea, quaternium-15, DMDM hydantoin)
-Sodium laureth sulfate and other –eth compounds (possible 1,4-dioxane and ethylene oxide contamination)
-Benzophenone
-Homosalate
-Octinoxate
-Oxybenzone
-Padimate O
-Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA)
-Polyacrylamide (possible acrylamide contamination)
-PTFE (possible PFOA contamination)
-Petrolatum (possible PAH contamination)
and all of these are proven toxins.
Here's a short list of studies:

So cut them out and replace them with things such as:
-Quality tallow
-Alow vera
-Snail mucin
-Coconut oil
-Black sea soap
And in general, natural products.

Number 3: Pay attention to toxins.
Our skin is a detoxification pathway and believe it or not, skin problems can be a good sign in case you’re putting toxins on and in your body because this means that you can in fact detox from them properly instead of letting them harm certain organs.
So first of all, avoid:
-Food fortified with crap
-Alcohol
-Inorganic foods and especially vegetables and certain fruits such as berries
-Tap water (filter both your drinking and showering water)
-Toxic cookware such as Teflon
-Heavy metals (avoid large fish, aluminum, low quality spices and low quality broths)
-Toxic supplement additives (this is a big cause of acne for people in the health space)
-Polyester (big cause for body acne)
-Swimming in chlorine filled pools a lot
-Drinking and eating out of plastic all the time
Then optimize the main detoxification pathways of our bodies.
First we need to provide the right nutrients that will help our liver detoxify pollutants.
This is a two part process that happens in the liver.
In order to support the first part, you will need to optimize glutathione, provide enough B vitamins through an animal based diet and perhaps supplement with milk thistle for a short period of time as well.
In order to boost glutathione production:
1)Consume sulfur rich foods such as fish, beef, onions and garlic.
2)Consume vitamin C and E rich foods.
Vitamin C maintains the body’s supply of antioxidants, including glutathione and helps reprocess glutathione by converting oxidized glutathione back to its active form.
3)Consume selenium rich foods. Selenium is a glutathione cofactor, meaning it’s a substance needed for glutathione activity and will lead to increased glutathione peroxidase levels.
4)Unless your DHT is low, start adding quality turmeric in your meals once in a while (twice a week for example.
Numerous animal and test-tube studies have shown that turmeric and curcumin extract have the ability to increase glutathione levels.

Then, make sure to SWEAT on a DAILY basis.
The sauna can be a great option for this.
Read this as well
Also be aware of some nutritional tools that can aid detoxification.
1) Sulfur rich foods since toxins such as heavy metals have an affinity to bind to sulfur.
2) Raw milk will decrease gastrointestinal lead absorption and cadmium toxicity.
3) Quality oysters, organic berries, camu camu and acerola cherries can reduce blood levels of aluminum.
4) Almost all quality animal products (except dairy) can help you battle methylmercury due to their selenium content.
5) Sun dried raisins will displace fluoride from the glands.
6)Organic granny smiths apples can increase the excretion of aluminum.
7) Quality organs can aid in bisphenol-A detoxification.
8) Carrots will bind excess estrogens in the gut.

Number 4: Pay attention to your gut
The gut-skin is something that you’re probably already familiar with so let’s just start by discussing how we can improve our gut health and the two gut related issues seem to affect the skin quite a lot.
Leaky gut and pathogen overgrowth.
Now the problem is that if you have both, you have to address leaky gut first most of the time.
Note: leaky gut means that the lining has become inflamed, damaged and overly porous.
This is a problem because it allows undigested foods, bacteria, molds, and other pathogens to enter into the bloodstream resulting in the immune system attacking these compounds which can turn into chronic health disorders.
Now the main things that you want to do in order to START resolving these are:
Number 1: Avoiding:
-Alcohol
-Chilling with your laptop/phone on top of your gut
-Taking antibiotics for no reason
-Coffee/Caffeine
-NSAIDs
-Eating stressed (this is very important to follow)
-Pesticides
-Black pepper
-Herbicides
-Toxic dishwasher detergents
-A1 dairy
-Toxic supplement additives
-Phosphoric acid
-Unsprouted nuts/seeds
-Artificial colorings
-Artificial sweeteners
-Grains
-Bad fats
-Birth control pills
-Iron fortified foods
Number 2: Make sure to consume enough:
-Quality broths and stews which will be full of minerals and gut-supportive amino acids
-Raw animal fats for SCFAs
-Aloe vera
-Grass fed gelatin
-Oysters
Number 3: Some tools that could also help are BPC -157, zinc carnosine and shots of EVOO.

Number 5: Pay attention to histamine
This monoamine, regulates our gut, sleep-wake cycle, certain hormones, appetite, the function of our pituitary gland, things such as oxytocin, b-endorphin, adrenocorticotropic hormone, prolactin, it regulates T cells, B cells and dendritic cells (for example, Th1 cells have a H1-R prevalence and Th1 cytokines are also associated with conditions such as atopic dermatitis.
Now the trick with histamine excess when it happens, isn’t that we consume tons of foods that are very high in it (most likely), but that we’ve messed up our body’s ability to break it down.
Some common causes of histamine intolerance include:
-Deficiencies (in things such as B vitamins for example)
-H. pylori
-Candida
-SIBO
-Poor methylation
-Diet rich in enzyme inhibitors
-Diet rich in oxalates
-Iron overload / Hemochromatosis
-Estrogen excess
-Stress

Number 6: Pay attention to liver health
Number 7: Improve glucose metabolism
This one is especially for the people who break out or have skin issues in general, after eating carbs and even quality carbs.
A few things that can help you avoid and resolve this in minor cases are:
1. Get enough B vitamins (you might need to supplement with thiamine in the short run), magnesium and K2.
2. No alcohol
3. Get 10K steps in every day and resistance train 3 times per week
4. Get sun
5. Prioritize sleep
6. Post meal walks
7. NO BAD FATS
8. Block the blue light
9. Tackle pathogen if you are struggling with them.

That's pretty much it.
Could we add more? Obviously.
Two examples would be to mention how artificial blue light can age your skin.

But also the importance of sleep:
