Humans by design, are meant to spend a majority of our days outside…
Easiest fix to enhance presence + improve mental clarity;
Get outside and move around as often as possible…
Serious consequences if you don’t.
I’m convinced that you can turn any person depressed simply by making them stay in bed all day…
The less you move.
The less fresh air you breathe.
The less nature you see.
All these things will hardwire your brain into a depressive state;
So many people are allowing this.
When it comes to choosing where you decide to live:
You should be living somewhere that makes you feel alive simply by being outside…
- Nature
- Big city
- Culture
- Climate
When you step out your door;
You should have things to look at…
You should feel something good…
If you’re ever feeling anxious, depressed, etc…
99% of the time it’s because you’re habitually working against your biology;
- Stop consuming content
- Get outside frequently
- Move around a lot
- Observe your surroundings
- Eliminate toxicity in your diet
