ICT Order Blocks
What Makes Them High Probability?
- High-Value Thread -
Bullish Orderblock:
A Bullish Oderblock is the set of last down closed candles before an up move.
Bearish Orderblock:
A Bearish Oderblock is the set of last up closed candles before a down move.
A high-probability Orderblock is created when the price takes out opposite side liquidity followed by a shift in market structure.
Coupled With FVG:
Aside from stop hunt, a high probability orderblock is coupled with FVG.
Inducement Orderblocks:
Inducement Orderblocks are also high probability orderblock.
In the below chart you can see just below the orderblock we have buyside liquidity resting in the form of relative equal highs.
Price took this liquidity, mitigated Bearish OB, and fell.
Remember Time is more important than Price. Avoid trading orderblocks outside the Killzone.
Time>Price.
Orderblocks created during high impact news drivers are often very strong.
