If I was starting a faceless YouTube channel from scratch in 2024…
And wanted to hit $100,000 before the year ends, here’s the exact roadmap I’d follow.

Step 1: Research.
This is the step where you find your niche. The best way to do this is to look at what's trending or got potential to print money long term.
The key here is to think about what gets a lot of watches on YouTube: Court cases, weird history, how to videos etc
You can then use tools like TubeBuddy to find out what keywords & tags are ranking right now. This will tell you if your niche idea has potential.
Then take a look at the top 10 channels in that niche and note what's working for them.

Step 2: Building.
This is the step where you either build a team of writers, editors & voice actors or you do it all yourself using tools such as Canva to create content.
If you have no budget then Canva is your friend.
If you have a budget then set aside $50-60 to hire a team for each video. Upwork & Fiverr have plenty of people that can help here.

Step 3: Strategy.
You’ve got a niche, you’ve done your research & you’ve got your team.
It’s time to put it together.
Create your channel and put together your content strategy.
You can easily use ChatGPT to create 1-15 video ideas based on your niche or you can look to create similar videos to the top performers. It’s not stealing, it's iterating.

Step 4: Creation
Once you have some content ideas it’s time to put it together.
Brief your team on what needs doing by them and let them get to work, or jump on canva and start putting it altogether.
There are plenty of videos on YouTube to show you how to use Canva.
Create your first 5 videos before posting.

Step 5: Launching
Once you have your first 5 videos you can load them into your channel and schedule them.
I would suggest you schedule one a day or every few days to start with.
From here you are getting a head start while you create other videos.

Step 6: Analysis
You don’t need to overthink this stage.
See whats getting views and what isn’t.
If you have a video that’s getting more views than the rest you’ve got data telling you that people want to see more of that, so make more.
Bonus: If you’ve got the budget run some ads on the high performing video to give it a boost.

Step 7: Progress
By now you’ve taken the first steps.
Don’t be discouraged if you don’t blow up on your first video. This rarely happens.
Use the feedback on watch count and watch time to fine tune what you create.
Always be looking at the competition and use what works.
Keep consistently posting content that people want to see and before you know it your bank account will be $100k better off.
